cracked oil jug ?

Iv got 13000 km on my 07 RTX it started leaking oil from a crack in the oil jug. does anybody know if it is under pressure? would some JB weld fix it?

we have fixed a few up here in the bush with quick steel & JB Weld make sure to check and repace the brace they crack and thats what takes out you

ok, but mine is cracked beside the bottom bracket i dont think u can replace it, it is molded right to the jug. i have put some Jb weld on it but i didnt know if it would last.

jb weld doesn't even belong on this forum, check with hcs

Have JB welded mine same spot by the bottom bracket,has lasted over 1500 miles.take the time and do front and back by the bracket or it will start leaking on the other side just my experience had it happen LOL
