My new Curve skis finally came today. went to install carbide and is out of whack. The runner is slightly bent and one of the studs is not parallel with the rest. Would you drive it home or make them send another set.

I would rather not try to bend anything back. ...I've had runner studs break on there own, I would say tweaking them would increase the chance of failure.

Adjusting the stud a bit would not bother me as I have modified and refitted carbides from one sled to another many times without failures.
Straightening the runner is another thing. The carbide inserts do not bend so by straightening it runs the risk of cracking, chipping the insert or loosening the silver solder or whatever was used to fasten the insert to the host bar. If it bent by hitting something I would straighten.
That said since it is new I would have it replaced before using.

I had received incorrect mounting hardware for my wife's snowmobile (2014 Venture MP) which had tuner skis that I was switching over to curves. I made a phone call about the problem and they quickly sent me the correct hardware. They were extremely pleasant about making it right. Give them a call about it, because you shouldn't have to fix something that's brand new. I would think that they will do the right thing.

They are sending a new pair today.
