Question for those familiar with the event: Does Cruiserfest become a madhouse of sleds on the trails or is it mostly on the lake?

Both, and trails are not the greatest right now.
They are not having the ice speed runs due to unsafe ice and don't want truck and trailers on the lake but are going to do a 660ft snow track.Question for those familiar with the event: Does Cruiserfest become a madhouse of sleds on the trails or is it mostly on the lake?

We were up on Sunday to do some snowblowing for family on a place that the realtor neglected to maintain. Last ride was 24-25 and not impressed. Trails looked flat and hard but lots of bare and brown.
Accuweather is calling for 4-8" Saturday/Sunday, but they've been far too optimistic and dangle snow like a carrot then take it away.
I hear a kid went through the ice on a snowmobile on Lk Minocqua. Sounds like it may have been in an area that I was eyeing up as a jump off of the Bearskin to skip the bridge and bare spots.
Thought about the 660' runs, but they seem to have everything based on CC displacement and no handicap to offset 4 stroke weight.
Sunday in Arbor Vitae:
Yes that is 12-14" of snow. My steer tires are 27" tall. Accumulator of pretty much the entire season. Looked like it was plowed oncse as there were some small banks.
