Yes Dave, this winter is a go for these.

I want to THANK YOU all for your responses to this post. It showed me that this could be a marketable product for all us TY guys as well as some dealers might be interested in this too.

So I am going to work to make these things now so look for my banners on this TY site for these things when I get them made. Once I sign up to advertise on here with Tom then you guys can buy them. You guys get first crack at them before I start selling to dealers and others outside of the TY family. Thanks again for all your interest in this.....................Cubby

Ahhhh, good question. The 1st thing I will do of course is the Apex step pads but we will be getting an XTX this year in our group so once I get this sled I will see about making some for it.
If you have ever seen my slug (03 RX-1) it has polished running boards that look like chrome. And yes my boots scratch up the running boards too. So I am trying out a prototype for my sled which has round cut outs instead of the diamond cut outs. I am trying these with a chrome base decal with the clear urathane over it. I do have the pattern for my 03 RX-1 running boards but I thought all the 03-05 sleds had silver (raw aluminum) running boards. With the XTX the boards are raw aluminum so I would use like a brushed aluminum base decal. I guess I could use this aluminum base decal for the 03-05 sleds as well.
So to answer your question, yes other sleds will be in the works, but right now my main concern is the Apex's and getting these things made so you guys can use them this winter............................................Cubby
