rear suspension doesnt hit does it? looks like the tunnel would need to be extended.

You mean the track ? It hits as little as possible, so little that it doesn't matter for solo driving.
I only made it hit when having a passenger on, and both were sitting.
It barely hits the flap. It can be fixed by bending the flap-end a little up.
I have bent the metal edge up as the pic shows, so the track won't get damaged:

Hey, RideBlue, nice ride! Where did you get the track and extensions, how much, and do you think they are necessary with the turbo, or can the stocker pull you up the steep and deep OK? Did you buy the intake kit or make it yourself?

The track came from Camoplast and is made for the Mountain Lite and is based off of the Extreme tracks. It works better than the stocker in the steep and deep with the turbo. It will hang with an Apex untill the snow becomes bottomless. Then it just saws through the snow. I have 1, 151 left.

The extentions are 3.5" from WPS and it all fits under the stock tunnel. I would relocate the skid back about an inch and use 2.5" extentions next time. That would help the approach angle and lessen the transfer. Could go with a 156 or maybe a 159 without hitting the end of the tunnel also. We recently put a 162 on for a customer that was cut down to 14.5" wide and moved the skid back 1". The 162 will hit the snow flap bracket at the end of the tunnel but he has been happy with the improvement and does not have boost.

Made the intake out of a radiator hose and the filter that came with the kit. Will change to a bigger foam filter in the future.

Hey rideblue, I was wondering how you moved the skid back because it looks like you would also have to move it up about 1/2 inch for every inch you move it back. I am also throwing a 151 under my sled with some 9 tooth extro's and any help would be great.

Ride Blue's sled is for sale. I have ridden it a few times. Completely dialed in by Rideblue (mountain tech yamaha) and Trey at High Altitude Boost. This sled rips.

hey rideblue, how much for that extra 151 track? i'm in colorado
i see the rail extension kits on tracks usa, looks reasonable.. how much did the whole conversion to 151 cost? new drivers?

The track is $900. Not cheap. You can also by at 15 or 16 wide track and cut it down. We have a rider who cut down a 15 x162 track and put it under his mtn lite
