Yep, CR tunnel... icing doesn't seem to be much of an issue, I've got the rear heat exchanger in the tunnel. As for the snow build up on the running boards that people are having an issue with, it seems just fine. I've yet to see a sled that doesn't build up snow on the boards when riding in powder.

Ya the supercharger seems to work pretty good, very crisp and smooth all the way through the throttle. I've only got a couple of trips on it so there is still some dialing in to do. When I get it right, its gonna be wicked!

DA,
What boost are you running? I got a MC at 12 on pump gas, thinking of race fuel and 14lbs. I think I may do another phazer and may try a SC on the other one. Give me an idea of what you think and if youv'e been on a turbo phazer. Nice looking sled by the way. I think I'll do another track on the current phazer. What did the tunnel set you back?

At home I'm getting about 17 #'s, about 3000', at 5-6000' I'm getting 14-15#'s, I'm also running straight VP111. The toughest part will be getting the clutching dialed in where it will work best in the majority of areas that we ride. I put a set of HH's in so its pretty quick to make adjustments. My buddy has a MCX on his, we haven't had them out against each other so tough to tell. Right now the biggest difference is throttle reponse, naturally..., but I think he's taking the head shim out so that should help quite a bit. The tunnel?, not cheap, but Chad does nice work and I sure like the looks/feel of it.

Ya, I had to put a throttle cable extension on. Its a pivot block on the bottom with 9" risers, about 5" higher than stock. The rest of the cables seem to be just fine, might even be able to get a little more out of them yet...
