Well I finally got my trail tank back in with some great suggestions from all of you so now on to my second problem .....
when I first tried to put trail tank in I must have bumped something and I lost all power to the sled?
i removed the tank again and started messing with all the connections under the hood nothing seemed unplugged but I got power back somehow???
well now I have power back at the key i.e. dash light up fuel pump runs etc
well the engine wont crank no clicking nothing??
battery is fully charged and battery terminals are tight
could i possibly of ruined the starter sylonoid? anywhere else to look to trouble shoot the problem??
I have no codes up on the display either....
any help again would be great , thanks again for all the support you guys give us newbies to the 4 stroke world

How about checking the starter relay?
I know people have had problems with it getting wet and freezing up... maybe yours is sticking.
Just a though.

check the connector coming off the ignition switch. you may have pulled it apart or it's corroded. Normally when the stater relay goes bad it will click but not roll the starter. I bet you're not getting a signal from your key switch to the relay.
