I figured I'm so deep into it now, why stop! So, another $3500 later and the mods are:

-complete new set of panels and CR hood with invision artworks wrap (still have the run the old panels in the mountains, as they have the required added vents for deep snow, plus mountains beat up the panels, so have a good set for mountains and around here).
-new yamaha front bumper
-fox EVOL shocks
-Skinz concept a-arms. One of the main issues with this sled was that it was a point it up the mountain climb anything sled, but sucked in the trees.
-Sneaky Pete nitrous system
-extended the gearing. It was geared to only hit 85mph, which is the track speed it could achieve on a powder climb. Now that I am more comfortable with it, I may run it at higher boost now and then. If I do, it should be able to handle more gear. It is now geared to reach 105mph. Will be interesting to see if this makes a positive difference in track speed next time I got to the mountains, or if the clutches just run too hot.
-Weightless park brake system.
-CR racing pack rack.
-replaced every single bearing on the sled. I tore the sled down to just the tunnel this summer, as well as removed the skid. Replaced every idler, shaft, chaincase, etc, etc, etc bearing. The only two bearings that were starting to go were the left side drive shaft and also the left side jackshaft bearings. I guess these Yamaha's are known for being hard on those bearings. Now I know everything is good and will likely only replace those two every season. Since the skid was out, took the opportunity to polish each billet rail again.
-new chaincase chain
-Fresh Motul oil change
-cleaned primary and secondary clutches
-changed spark plugs (very tough to do with the engine in, so I took advantage of the strip down)

Things I did last year:
-higher quality tether kill switch
-roll over valve for the oil tank
-yamaheater for the handle bars and thumb warmer
-new exhaust gaskets

Hopefully, this gives me some very reliable, high HP riding this season and many others. It's been bone stock reliable for the last two years!

I cannot brag up the a-arms and evol shock combo enough. I just spent 2hrs on the machine this afternoon and it did completely transform the handling. This thing needed 3ft + of powder to even start to lay over and carve with the 174"x16 track and stock a-arms, and you fought it the whole time. I can now put it on one ski even on a hard packed trail. I could never do that before. I won't truly know how good the side hilling is until I get it in the mountains, but I can already tell it is a different machine, very much for the better!

I normally run it at 18psi, which I think is around the 280+hp mark. In the upper 20's for boost, it's 350+ hp and a real handful.

wow sled looks amazing! And i can only imagine what an animal it is to hold onto at 300+hp...
