Can anybody tell me what are the differences between those? They don´t have the same part numbers on Apex and Attak, so there must be some differences?

I´m having a problem with my extended Apex. I extended it from 121" to 144" and now the track tightens like hell when the suspension compresses.
There are only couple of inches of travel and then the track prevents the suspension from compressing.

I´m thinking of getting an Attak rear pivot arm and rear shock to get me through this season. Next season I think I´ll have a completely different skid.

On an Apex I believe the upper wheels are attached to the rear arm. On an Attak they are on a separate shaft. Here is the rear arm from my Attak that I sold last year. I also don't think the Apex rear pivot arm has those pieces that rub against the track.

Yep. That is correct

Thanks, Kevin. You´re right, on an Apex the upper wheels are attached to the rear arm. I´ve never spotted that difference before. Hm, think I just move the upper wheels backwards at first and see what it does.

Would you or anybody else happen to have any measurements how far the upper wheels are from the rear arm on an Attak?

Took a pic of my 121 and 136 skids. Measured from the center to center of the bolt where the 121 mounts the wheel and where the 136 mounts the wheel. The difference is 7 7/8"

The center of the bolt is 11\16" below the heat exchanger measured from the bottom of the exchanger. If you can get a factory mounting plate from Yamaha.

Added measurement to the pic above
