drive chain oil drain?

How do I drain the drive chain oil from a 2009 Yamaha Venture GT,
don't see a drain bolt
Wondering do I have to syphon out and replace?
Please help nothing in owners manual )

The bolt is on the inside of the tunnel right below the drive shaft.
