Just pulled chain case apart.Whats the best way to remove the lower bearing?

Blind hole puller.
Or something along those lines. There are a few good vids on you tube showing how to pull that bearing.
Be sure to apply heat from a heat gun to get the housing toasty, so the bearing just comes out without a struggle.

Not at a computer right now. The one that stands out in my mind was from you tube and something that arctic cat produced. It may have been for the top bearing but they both can be removed the same way.
Also look up a slide hammer puller with the 3 prongs . It will also work.
If you don’t have a puller, it could be pushed/ hammered out by using a socket from the inside. Heat is the key in these housings, they are not thick castings like a Yamaha so be gentle
