I trail rode on ECOtrail for the first time yesterday. I must say I’m quite impressed with the fuel mileage. I wasn’t riding super hard because everyone from the South invaded our trails but I was running consistently 40-50 mph. My fuel light came on at 130 miles. I’m not sure how much is left in the tank but I was quite impressed. Anyone know roughly what’s left in the tank when the light comes on?

I’ll be running this tune when trail riding from now on and knowing it’s 87 safe sure is nice.

I am sure it varies from sled to sled, but mine has about 1.5 gallons left in tank when light first come on.

Great tune. 5200 miles on mine. Flashed from day one/with turbo force can. Not super crazy power but a nice upgrade. Seems very good on gas. I ride with a 17 viper we are VERY close at the pump. WITHIN .2 or .3 gallons.

I'm on Max Spool 17 since 0km and with spirited driving and maintaining 60-70mph on thr longer stretches I'm good for about 120miles. I did switch to Ecotrail for a bit when a gas station didn't have 91 and I didn't want to use 87 so I wanted to stretch my mileage as much as possible, super impressed wih these tunes!

That's awesome!

I ran eco trail first winter, but my best mpg in pristine conditions driving like a nun was 19.4 mpg on Max 17.

Very impressive. Was it a lazy smooth clutch set up on low end to achieve that kind of touring mileage ?
What components and gearing?

Did you ride the sled stock before this and if so what kind of mpg did you see stock?

Driving smooth and staying out of throttle one can achieve great mileage even on bigger tunes.
Spinning excessively wastes fuel efficiency.

Yes, light springs, weights on the heavy side 22/41 gears.
