I had it powdercoated, but could not find a ground anywhere that wasn't already hooked to someplace. And it started and ran perfectly at first.
I do agree it seems like it could be a ground problem, but don't see where it could be.

Since I have put the turbo in, lots of the stuff in the usual place is not where it was LOL. I will have to check to be sure. Do you remember if this ground comes out of the harness by the ECU, or somewhere else? I looked around to see if I had missed one, didn't see one, but could have.
more things to investigate tonight.
thanks
It comes out of the harness near/with the ecu and reg wires.

Thanks everyone, finally found it. The red/green wire that also runs to the relay from the fuse was not getting juice. Tore the harness apart and finally found a wire break 18" from the relay. Kinda weird, it looks to be worn in two in the middle of the wrapped up harness. dealer is checkiing if warranty will cover a new harness, otherwise i will fix and tape harness back up.
Tried to take a picture, but it wouldn't show up well enough.
