Cool as a option. I also enjoy the feedback through the bars.
im with you on that one, never have i complained about heavy steering on my warrior, you should be a spokesperson for yamaha, thanks for waking up alot of people, from a fellow ontarianrightarm said:It still boggles my mind that so many people are complaining about the heavy steering,I have had 8-inch carbides on all my sleds and never once have had a complaint about heavy steering, and I only have "1 arm to steer with"the rest of you have 2 arms, you should be ashamed!

Big benefit I see, is the ability to run Ultra Agressive Skis and Long tracks, without losing your flickability in the tight twisties, while benefiting from an much improved ride due to the longer tracks being able to bridge the bumps better.
When the trails get to junk the one sled that I like to ride is our 144 in 4 stroke Venture, you can absolutely fly as sled has much less pitching moment.
This is in an garage with an choice of an Apex, Attak, Nytro, Phazer and F1000 Sno-Pro.
With EPS you'll be able to run 144 in tracks and great ski's and be able to turn great.
Bring it on.
Sasquatch said:Long ago cars had manual steering and brakes. Arm strong steering and foot strong brakes we called them. They worked, we over came.
They were replaced by better systems. Easy steering and brakes took over. To easy mostly no road feel. But we adjusted and over came.
So again it changed to firm feel steering and anti lock brakes. Even traction control and yaw control. When we look at cars today they out ride and handle most anything ever built. Going back is not an option.
I'm a big boy with big arms but give me firm feel power steering and anti lock brakes any day. Those two feature would make a touring sled awesome.
And rightarm my hats off to ya! So even running the risk of looking like an old softy out done by a guy with one less limb I'd love power steering and antilock brakes. I don't need a cd or sirius radio. I listen to the music of the pipes man! That sound the Yami makes is addicting! The only other sound that grabbed me like that was my 1998 800 tripple tripple Cat at about 4,500 5,000 when running tight trails on off the throttle. Soothing!
