I'd bet a factory built Phazer would produce a lot more then stock. I wonder if they have done anything like that yet on the wild side? Oval sled? Test sled? etc.
Do they make a 'kit' for the cross country guys? That'd be cool, about 10 true HP more to keep up with the Cat SP 500. (Maybe some already do?)
Bottom line is i'm sure it can be done, but it's going to cost you big i'd bet.

i will be using an intercooler that will "in theory" flow 200 HP. same with the turbo. i plan on the low boost as a shake down and testing the limits of a stock motor on pump gas or pump gas with octane booster. anyone with a turbo or supercharger will tell you once you get bit by the boost bug you just crave more! so plan ahead with an intercooler. even if you only run 5PSI all the time youll still want an intercooler because cold dense air = more HP. also less resistance to detonation. just my $0.02

^^^Going from your location, you turbo ed yours for trail use? That would be interesting! Thought only the mtn guys did that?

Spike it does seem like only mtn guys turbo or supercharge phazers. I'm a boost nut so I figure why not boost the sled! C9 let us know what you end up with.
