What are we using out there to top off systems. Had a hose clamp leak out coolant on my 15 and I need to top it off

Preston mixed 50/50 with distilled water. I change it every year... I know... just what I do. lol.

From being a mechanic over the years, coolant is coolant. Many aftermarket brands make there stuff so it goes along with what you usually have in your engine, use something 50/50 similar color. Napa stuff, advance, prestone or Yamaha works too. But Yamaha doesn't reinvent the wheel. Coolant is coolant. Just an opinion for what it is worth

It specifies in the manual..but i would replace all coolant in the system with evans waterless coolant..it causes no pressure build up in system, like regular coolant does. You will never have a leak or burst hose due to pressure build up.
Obviously hose clamps need to be tightened properly.
