Anyone used this coolent called "engine ice" it looks like winshield washing fluid, my dealer is saying that it could end the over heat problem i have had with my apex when the trails are icey and is more then 30 degrees. i see that it is for sale everywere and appears to be popular with motorcross racing. stuff is kinda expensive $20 for a half gallon.

I just put more vents in my sides and in 2 years she has never overheat. And it helps keep the belt cooler

water wetter works well.....best thing still is rear exchanger IMO.Like dan said, add rear cooler and one qt. of waterwetter while you are refilling up your drained tank, bleed and ride.

My new '08 Apex was overheating on the first ride I took with it. Put in watter wetter and haven't had an overheat in 3,000 miles.

Here are the pics of my APEX with the side open up

I used pray you dont have a coolant leak because it doesn't mix well with other coolant. I had to mix them to get back home and when I drained it was a nasty color, mix. I just run 50/50 green and call it good.

I installed the rear cooler and am running Redline Water Wetter (mixed according to instructions). No more overheating issues. Definitely need it here in the East (MA, VT) as snow depth is not always dependable).
