error code 46

the other day out of nowhere the warning light flashed a few times and it read code 46 (supply voltage disruption). I noticed that the hand warmers and thumb warmer stopped working. once warning went off the warmers worked again. it came on the next day for a bit and then stopped. any ideas?

Loose battery cable(s) is where I'd look first.
