I have the Aaen pipe on mine and love it. Had it ceramic coated black along with the header and I have hardly any ice build up. Nothing is falling apart on it or has melted anything on the sled. Only thing I don't like about it is how loud it is.... this might drive me to sell it as I can't hear myself think sometimes.

Try pulling the core and blocking off about 1/3 of the holes in it with some stainless sheet stainless ties. I was curious if this would help turn down the volume some. The weight savings of the Aaen is nice. But if you could get it to not rattle your teeth that would be better.

Don't forget that this was once the whitest of white powders - the Swedish January Dump. But after being thrown at and melted by an american exhaust system and then freezing to ice on a japanese chassis, it is slightly discoloured...
Jokes aside, the massive ice build-up shown in the pictures is a mixture of fresh powder and water spray from couple of water crossings. The worst case scenario for ice build-up...? Anyway, my conclusion would be that aftermarket exhaust systems and tunnel extensions do not affect the ice build-up in any way.
