I got the Excell Header for my Vector... It's all installed and ready to go. I'm just waiting on my Ulmer Stage 3 Clutch Kit to come in. Ulmer tuned my kit to accomodate the increaed power from the Header.

Anyhow, the Header went in perfectly. The quality was A+ and the fit was OEM... I'm very happy with it all! I've upgraded many exhaust systems on sleds and jetskis and I have to say that this was the best fit I've ever seen!

To get to the Header, you do have to pull the rear suspension, but I already had mine out for other repairs and upgrades, so the timing was perfect. The instructions were very clear and easy to follow with pictures and stuff like that.

The machine sounds & looks stock which is great for us in areas with noise restrictions.

Well, that's the scoop on the this performance part... I think I'm done upgrading my Vector... The next upgrade will be a hand-me-down to my wife for an 07 Attak! Here's the total list of upgrades:

Excell Header, Ulmer Stage 3 Clutch Kit, Rear Heat Exchanger, Ohlin Rear Shock, Pioneer Revalved Center Shock w/Quick Adjuster, Maxximum Quick Nuts, 4th Wheel Kit, Rubberized Idler Wheels, 144 Studs/Big Nuts, Windshield Bag, Handlebar Grip Ends, and a Skid Plate.

I hope I have some $$$ left to actually go riding!

Sweet mods .. How much louder is the the Vector from stock with the header

To tell you the truth, the loudness seems to be the same as stock, but with a slightly lower tone. This is good for me because where I ride, noise is becoming a problem...
