Need some help! Any tricks or tips for removing the stuck clamp bolts. Every one is a little stripped. They don't look it, but they are. Im gonna try map gas later. Any tips welcome just throw em out there. Please help!
Soak them in WD 40 or PB Blaster over night. Good quality allen wreches work best, Mac or Snap-on
If you have a set from the local auto parts store you can grind the tip flat again producing sharper edges for more bite on the bolt.
Get them as hot as you can with the map gas, tap in the allen wrench with a hammer and turn slow.
