Hello all.
As some of you know my 07 apex and myself had a rather abrupt stop a couple weeks back. I was originally gonna weld and redrill it, but after further inspection another hole is oblonged bad. so, I am in the process of removing the front left side bulkhead. I have it pretty much stripped to the motor and all the bolts and rivets out. The double threaded bolts that hold the battery tray in. There is 4 double thread headless bolts that I took the nuts off and can't figure out how to get the threads out. If you look right behind your a-arms they are nuts there, two on each side. Do I just visegrip them out and replace or is there an easier way? I am trying to remove the left side without taking the right side off also.
Any tips and help is GREATLY apreciated. I am hoping to get it out tomorrow.
Thanks,
Rick.

Bulkhead removal
I think you will find that you will have to remove the bulkhead halves together because of the steering linkage. A few more rivets to take out but not all that bad a job. Remember the long way is sometimes the easy and best way to go, and in this case, it is. .....Don

I tried the two nut method this morning and the bolt is recessed too much to get a wrench in there on the back nut. Guess I'll have to take the whole darn thing out.
Thanks,
Rick.
