Anybody happen to sell the copper exhaust donuts for the nytros? Having a hard time finding some in Ontario, Canada. Thanks

Ended up getting a set off kijiji. As I was taking the the exhaust apart, I notice this was loose from the flex pipe. I didn’t see any cracked welds, so I’m not sure if this piece is pressed on the flex pipe or welded? This is the end piece the exhaust donut sits on. Thinking of putting some exhaust sealer on and pressing it back on if it’s not welded in place.

That was definitely welded from the factory.
Do yourself a favour and order up the flex pipes from fx garage works.

Trying to get the one flex pipe off and I’m afraid I’ll snap the bolts as they’re in there good. Aside from some heat from a propane torch, anybody have any other options I can try?

get some pressure with a wrench, have someone tap it with a punch

I have welded that part back on before, but a used or new one would be better. Use 6 point socket to remove flange bolts from head.

I need to pay forward a favor. I can send you a used one for shipping. Have a close look at the other two. I have more. PM me if this suits you.

I just replaced donuts on my 2011 Nytro and when I start it up, I have white smoke rolling out from the donut location. Is this normal? I installed the copper donuts so it their a "burn off" period after installation for any coating? I placed a rag over the tailpipe and the engine stalls within 4-5 seconds so I know everything is tight. My helper (brother) is a mechanic and put anti-seize on the donuts so has anyone done this as had a similar smoke result?

If you used never sieze during re-installation, having 'smoke' rise up is normal. It will burn off after a few minutes of run time.

How long do the copper donuts last? I replaced stock donuts with copper donuts several thousand miles ago.

They will last a long time until you have to take it apart to change a flexpipe or something then I found them hard to reset them again. They get a little wore in. But I never tried any kind of sealant on them. I think I got over 12000 k on mine. I cracked my header and could not get them to seal again. Well worth the investment.

A damn, I didn’t get a notification for this post, but I ended up having to replace 2 flex pipes, 3 donuts to the copper ones a new header pipe and ended up cutting half my exhaust outlet tube to slip a newer piece over top. I’ll send a few pics tomorrow of what I’m talking about.
