So are there any options for the exhaust donuts besides the originals from yamaha? just checking before i get a set.

Yeah 2 options, Bender has some different ones, not sure if they are better. Also there are some guys from overseas trying to import some copper ones, $100 a set US but should last forever. Do a search or look at recent posts about exhaust donuts

I grinded the spacer on the clamps down that hold them tight. Seems to hold up alot better because the clamp no longer rotates or allows any vibration.

yea i did that to. poor design, mine could move all over the place. prob gonna try benders gaskets. way cheaper than 100 bucks. cant hurt

I just did that too, seems to hold a lot better.
