Exhaust repair kit

Has anybody seen or used this exhaust Y pipe repair kit? Saw it on ebay when looking for a now pipe.

If you got a good friend that works at a yamaha dealer you can get a new y pipe for the same amount. Better to replace both sides while you got it apart, along with the donuts.
I decided to buy a new set of Y pipes from MBRP. Very nice stainless steel, that fit perfect, and sound awesome.

I replaced the the right side 2 years ago and now the left is gone. $135 for a new pipe.
