Ok. ExpertX and clearance.
This is one point that the guys who designed the skids really didn't pay any attention to. Yes, it WILL hit.
This is what I had to do on mine to make a 144 fit;
1) remove ALL tunnel protectors,
2) modify oem rear heat exchanger to fit snug against aftermarket tunnel extension, this gives the rear about the same as oem warrior tunnel extension,
3) mount the rear bolts 1/2" lower on the tunnel than recommended.
And this is with a DTR, which will limit how far the back wheels will lift in the tunnel.
Granted mine's 4" longer... but that 4" is made up in yours by bigger wheels. Why do you want bigger wheels anyways? They have absolutely no effect on anything.
This is what you do to check clearance;
1) Mount the FRONT directly to the tunnel with the tunnel reinforcements on the INSIDE and NOT ATTACHED.
2) The springs/shocks should be REMOVED and the dynamic stoppers should be turned out of the way.
3) Connect the rear shaft to the rear holes in the reinforcement plate. Don't use the spacers - you'll need clearance for the bolt heads in the tunnel.
4) Transfer to MAX.
5) Push UP on the BACK WHEELS, while allowing gravity to pull the front of the rails down.
6) When it hits, make note of where the rear bolt holes end up in the tunnel - this is the maximum height you can mount them at without it being possible to hit on a hard tail landing.
