I aggree with greenie. I had no luck with customer support. There was a wicked kick problem that no adjustment seemed to cure. It enabled kick #*$&@ traction and improved top speed. Prior to installing it I had the rx1 handling issues dialed in. I was never able to duplicate good handling with the expert x.
If I had it to do over, I would have either went for the M10 or worked on the stock suspension with new shocks.
