I have the X pert, and i will tell ya to run the M-10 if your looking for just the ride quality! The M-10 definitely outperforms the X in ride. But not by too much. If your looking for transfer, the X-pert is much greater than the M-10. The M-10 also has a little speed lost on top end, were as the X-pert don't. They are both great suspensions. I think u would be happier with the M-10.

On the TY home page there is a section for product reviews. At the very bottom in that section they have a nice comparison of the AD Bovin And M-10 suspension.

Performance wise, the Expert X excells. It will actually add MPH to most sleds (allot less drag) than that of OEM and the M10

Hard core rider = Expert X
Comfort rider = M-10
Customer support? --> Go with the M-10

I bought an x-pert X skid & installed it in my RX-1. It is now gone & the stock skid is back in!!!! If you want plush buy the M-10. You can tinker with the stock skid to make it work as well as the x-pert skid with out the issues!!!!

I don't know about ride, but from my experience AD Bovin customer service is second to none. I could not get Fast to return a phone call. I talked with the lead engineer from Bovin several times before I made up my mind. He even gave me a money back guarantee that if I was unhappy for any reason, I could return the skid and get my money back. After 3-4 calls, I finally got to talk to someone at Fast. They were decent on the phone, but there was no urgency on their part. I will let you know how my ride performs as soon as the white stuff starts afly'in.

Turk, with all due respect, there is no way the Pro-Action skid comes close to any aftermarket skid. If you think the Pro-Action rides better than the X, you must have had the X in backwords, LOL. I am not trying to start a fight, but I tried just about everything to get the stock skid to work. It was great in the smoothe trails, but when the studders came, it was a buckboard ride all the way home.
This may sound like a stupid question, but has anyone investigated the possiblility of installing a monoshock rear suspension in the 03-04?

The only reason I did not go with the Expert X is the TOTAL LACK of customer service at Boivin and I am in Ontario. The sales guy is never in the office and return phone calls or answers take weeks. When they are in it's fine but I don't think they have ever restructured to deal with the client in volume, still structured for the small race oriented market.
This is the only reason this skid is not more popular and the fact that they still have not cured the rebounding of the stock shocks.

The other problem is resale as the last one I found went to a buddy of Matts' for only $650 on a year old skid.
