So i thought I had done my due diligence when I bought a set of extroverts on the shaft off of a 11' RTX so I could put them onto my 09' XTX but all said and done the shaft on the RTX is 3/4" longer than the XTX??? WTF. Now I am faced with the decision of either trying to pull off the extroverts and press them onto my stock shaft or try to sell both and buy a complete set w/shaft from Ulmer. What do you guys suggest? Where did I mess up? Its so frustrating having everything finally done without the extroverts installed

Press them off then onto your shaft. No need to keep buying the complete unit. Then sell the other shaft.

Just spoke to Allen Ulmer and he gave me some great info on what parts i need to buy. The reason why the shaft is longer is because of the broken bolt issue. Each year from 08 to 11 had a longer shaft to try and solve the issue. Big props to ULMER RACING. Top notch service and fantastic product.
