Few issues. Code SD84, flash/flame from exhaust and possible limp mode?

I'm in the beautiful (cold!) UP right now and have a few things that have happened.

First day (Sunday) pulling out of trailer I get code SD84. I shut the sled off, then re-start it and all is good.

Later that evening it was about negative 16 degrees, going down the trail if I got on the throttle all the way and then let out quickly I was seeing a flash from the exhaust. Did this for a while, but nothing the next day....

Yesterday, I fueled up in Copper Harbor and headed out after lunch... As soon as I got to about 7,300 rpm it wouldn't go any further and would just bounce back and forth between about 6,100 rpm and 7,300 rmp (with the throttle pinned to the bars). So, just took it easy for a while. Tried turning the engine off and re-starting... No better. Then took a break for about 10 minutes, re-started sled and all was good the rest of the day.

Any suggestions on these issues? None of the other sleds in my group had any issues so not thinking it's fuel related.

I have the Evo magnum exhaust, tuning just for exhaust (no added HP at this time). TP big venom clutch kit with 911 cover, Dalton reverse angle helix, TP secondary rollers.

Sounds like it was icing up and the throttle was sticking kicking in the TORS.

They don't like to start or run in the real cold weather. When you run with the stock ROV hooked up they suck oil and water vapor into the intake and plug up the lines and valves up in the front of the machine. Also relays freeze and don't work properly. The cold does all sorts of weird stuff to them. just look at all the cold related issues they experience. Sometimes you just have to get it all warmed up under the hood and all is fine after that.

Snowmobiles that don't like the cold, who would have thought.

Thank you! It was bitterly cold that's for sure... My Blow off valve also froze up for a little while on this trip.
