Can anybody post pictures on how to get the airbox of to change the filter?

I will give you a step by step for the best way to change the filter the first time on a Phazer.






Ready???
















Step 1. Start sled, let warm up for a few minutes.
Step 2. Ride sled up on trailer.
Step 3. Tie sled down.
Step 4. Drive sled to nearest Yamaha dealer.
Step 5. Unload sled.
Step 6. Go back, pay them whatever it cost.
Step 7. Load sled.
Step 8. Drive sled home, all the while knowing you saved yourself nothing but grief and aggravation.

Ok, seriosly, if you search, you will find some good writeups done last year on how to change the oil. The filter is tight, and sort of a bitch to get off.

Doesn't the Yamaha manual say the filter needs only to be replaced at 500 miles and 12000 miles. That tells me its a one time job!

and yeahalready did the oild change, just ddnt know how to get the airbox off
