Well I finally got the sled all together and ready for now. Sled is set up on 8#'s of boost for trail riding on pump gas+meth. I just added a rapid bike supplied by Hurricane Performance. I want to thank Dave for the help with the meth and Rapid Bike. I went down to Hurricane's dyno to set up the fuel with the Rapid Bike and I must admit I am impressed with Dave's facility. The dyno room is 1st class, and I loved seeing all the 4 stroke's apart in the machine shop - wish I could live there!! I love to see someone who enjoys what they are doing as much as Dave is. From the minute I got there I could tell his passion and excitement for what he is doing - but can you blame him?? Playing with boost and sleds all day would be a dream! He did a great job setting me up - and I think we all learned alot for our dyno session. - Thanks Dave!!

WOW.....that looks killer Rob!!!

youre killing me here!.....i was all set and ready to go ahead with this and now im in HOLD mode which sucks!

so glad to hear about your session and the good feedback....Dave is awesome, and sounds like you guys had a great day on the dyno.

that METH TANK is just killer, love the design and how it fits, looks like it can hold alot too....very very nice.

Now i thought you were running 2 head gaskets and did not need meth???....or will you simply run 87 octane/meth now?

so,tell us....how was the Horsepower???...you forgot to mention that!...lol

8lbs sounds like a perfect setup...with equal pully sizes i assume?

how did the stock fuel pump and stock injectors keep up with fuel supply?

I want to see you this winter on the GUN!!!

congrats...just awesome Rob!

Dan

I am a very lucky guy.I'm living the best years of my life.I had a great time with you guy's.When I get together with guy's that share my passion for sleds,we all tend to have alot of fun and we always learn from each other.Rob and Ernie are a VERY smart pair of guy's and a pleasure to spend the day with
How does it get better then this

Great sleds made even better with boost :-)

200-210 hp ??? somewhere round there???

Nice work ;)!

Bang on - 207 was the best pull we got on my sled - after we took my sled off the Dyno we found when we lifted the roll up door on Ernie's sled his picked up 5 hp - so i think 210 is bang on.

We got out for a little ride today to fine tune fuel numbers down low and part throttle - I love the rapid bike - adjustments are easy - they only thing I want on my wish list for it is a LCD screen with the RPM & boost % displayed and recordablity. That way you know exactly where the adjustment needs to be made when watching the A/F. Let me tell you the pull is awesome!!!

the turbos do make the most power, but for instant response, the super is super!

Now go pick on some unsuspecting turbo A/C's - that's the fun part!

:yam:

where did you go for a ride? It looked like Parry Sound got some squals

We dropped at the Seguin trail just south of Parry Sound - didn't go far - mainly for short blasts then back to the truck - I was snowing hard when we left

VERY VERY NICE :-o

That is by far the nicest Meth Tank I've seen yet and it's stealth to boot

Dave does super nice work that's for sure, I know where I'll be getting my stuff from.

I cant wait for a update how long the meth lasts. That is the coolest idea for a tank yet!

My head shimmed stage 1 Sc apex made 246 hp at 10-11 psi. I know every dyno is different are you pulling timing at all with your set up?

I cant wait for my first pull across the lake!
