I'm looking to add power for 3 access. to my Apex.
-communicator
-Snow Force lights
-NOS system
I would like to have them all switched. Comm. so I don't unplug when meeting a groomer, NOS to activate system (safety) and lights.

Is there any reason not to make up a 3 wire pigtail right off the battery (+/-) and save tapping into the existing wires? Would this be too much draw on the system? More then likely at night the NOS would be shut down so everything wouldn't be drawing at the same time. Thanks for any input.

Summit Racing catalogue sells a fuse panel that will mount in the sled ,it is weatherproof ,has seven circuits , three on the ignition side and four constant hot . It is made by Painless wiring and works excellent. I have mine mounted in an Attak on the clutch side I have my Gerbings Heated vest ,Led lights ,Innovate a/f meter , face shield and all extra gauges for boost wired to it. no issues.

It will end your problems looking for power

Forgot to mention it is independant of sleds wiring harness

Thanks for the input guys. Speed, I'm interested in the set up that you describe. Would you install a fuse before that block or do you install seperate fuses sized appropriately for each accessory? This set up would allow me to run just 1 wire from the battery and allow me to have extra spaces still available. Thanks.

Otb, The panel has all the wires with it , they are all about 6 foot leads. The panel is fed with one wire from battery to circuit breaker(which is allready included) then you just ground the panel to the frame. Then you run one wire from existing stock fuse box ( I used the 3 amp for the plug on sled) to the relay which energize's the ignition fed hot wires. Very easy to install . I mounted mine right on frame area above clutch guard. If anything shorts out or draws to much voltage the circuit breaker protects the sled.

Forgot to add ,you fuse each accy. with appropiate fuse ,panel comes with all twenty amp fuse's I believe
