Guys: Just bought a new 08 vector GT for my dad. I am disappointed in the rear ride. It is way stiffer than my 07 Apex ER which is the ride I was hoping to see. I have the spring as loose as possible, both on the cam adjuster and the shock body and the RA set full soft. I also have the transfer set to about 3/4 maximum. Any ideas? The seat does seem a bit firmer, perhaps this is part of it.

No kidding? I can't imagine my 2008 Vector being much softer than it already is. Revalve to 2007 specs????

Do you have the regular or the GT? I now am told the GT is firmer than the regular. Makes no sense to me, but if that is the case, we may be in for a rebuild to older specs. Anyone here have a GT with the same issue?

I have a regular model LTX. It is pillow soft IMHO. I had to set the clicker to 6 and crank the preload up a couple of notches with my 170lb weight just to stop it from bobbing in the rollers.

I have the LTX GT and I have my rear shock on #7, cam #1(going to move it to #2) and I have played with the dial on the side. I find the best ride is set to full hard and 1/2 turn towards soft. From the factory it was too soft.(set on #4) If I had of known about the cam adjustment I would have had it done when it was PDI'd.
