I am on 3rd set on SE and I pull suspension, not too bad a job. With upper idler now fixed to tunnel track stays in place... only have to contend with front rivets when reinstalling

You don't need to remove the suspension to change the sliders. You can fit them through the track windows.
800km huh?.....seems to be a common theme...too bad.

Look up "Nytro Hyfax J's Garage " on you tube, this should get you there. The method works well, did it a few weeks ago and the guys (including the mechanic in the bunch) were amazed! just make sure you get the old hyfax to stick out a few inches.
