Excuse me but did I miss somthing about a repair on carb float bowels? Are there anyother repairs or changes or recalls other than the hood bumpers to keep the hood from rubbing through and seat rivots to keep the seat cover from tearing that I should know about? I was at the local dealer today and asked about the carbs and he said he didn't know! Thank you !

Float Bowl recall was for Mountain RX1s only I believe.
It consists of a different float bowl design that does not cause the motor to cut-out (fuel starvation) when the snowmobile is on extreme angles (hill climbing)
This is a free update for Mtn RX1 owners, and is discussed on other threads on this forum, do a search and you should be able to find all the info you need -

I have an RX-1 shorty.....I have asked my dealer to look into the bowl update for my sled....I ride on flat land except for very rough and drifted lakes...when I hit a good one that tosses the front end up (when at full throttle) my engine will cut out....I sure hope they will replace mine I find it a real nuisance….JD

That sort of thing sure could give you a pain in the "bowels" though!
Good luck with it.
