I'm thinking of upgrading mine to OILITE bushings but I remember reading on another post that they seemed to lose their tightnest fairy quick and got as sloppy or worst than OEM, I'd like some input from some that did install a set on how they're holding up and much milage so far on them.

Thanks in advance

2500 miles on mine and the a-arms do have back and forth play again. I do not know how much the bushing are worn however. We will see this summer when the sled is apart. Really the only bushings that were really worn on mine when I originally replaced the bushings at 6800 miles where the bulkhead bushings. One was worn all the way through and the new bushing fit in a bit looser, but it was luckily still good. Hopefully these oilite ones are wearing better.

bushings

i have 2300 miles on mine only one in the bulk head has a little bit of slop,
i already have new bushings to replace, i'm on the older side and i live
in the u.p. of mi so i don't have to ride large moguls.

I just have the stock bushings in my sled, but i drilled and installed greese zerts in my A-arms and spindles..

I have 4000+ miles on the last set of bushings and i will be replacing them soon..

I would suggest this on every sled.. Makes the bushings last alot longer..

Replaced original bushings at 5000miles and only the bulkhead ones were really loose but they got loose around the 1000mile mark.

Installed Ulmers kit per his instructions and it removed ALL play. Have put about 1000miles on them and one front bulkhead bushing has a very small amount of play and can only be felt when the weight is off the front end. All in all I think they will be much better than OEM.
