Found a bolt...

Any idea where this would go? Found it in the chaincase well. Haven't taken anything apart yet. 2017 Sidewinder.

It's a friends. I'm changing the oil and doing general maintenance on it.

Looks like a turbo mounting bolt to me. Check and make sure all 3 are in place.

Yup. Dug into it a little. Its missing 2 of the 3 bolts. The one in the back is still there. All the bolts on the heat shields were loose and 1 was missing. The heat shield on the gas tank is still attached, but the aluminum foil is not.
Called dealer. Recalls on the turbo bolts and heat shields. Its going to dealer! My friend that owns the sled is not happy. He has received no notice of these recalls.

Another example of the customer service from Yamaha.

Arctic cat sent out a mass email of the recalls very early last winter.
