I have a 2006 apex rtx the stock part number on the shock is 8FPFS-10-00 And when I look it up in the yamaha parts lookup I get different numbers ie. 8FP-2376A-FS-00 and 8GH-F376A-00-00 and 8FR-2376A-00-00. so this is a concern, I am sure I will end up getting a fox float but will it match my other one as far as valving is concerned ???

I know it's extra money, but if you haven't had your Floats revalved, and you can swing it, I would. They's a night and day difference before vs. after if somebody that knows what they're doing does them.
Side benefit is both shocks would be starting out on the same foot - fresh. Not one new, one old.
