Fox X shocks

do the float2 mod to the float1s. gg.

unless you know how to use the X's or what their capabilities are, you don't need them..really.
See,Thats what I am asking. Is it worth someone who trail rides to invest the money in them. But I understand what they do,It Keeps cool air in the shock so it prevents fading when really going threw them long rough trails. It is also more consistent then the normal floats.

In your case I think it would be a waste of money. The floats are stiff enough for almost everyone IMO. Instead of dumping all the money in the sled maybe you should just save some and plan a few trips. Aftermarket parts dont do anything if you arent using the stock components to their full capabilities. Not for nothing and this isnt a bash but your sled hasent even begun to break in.

I own a business,There was nothing I could do about it. We got very busy and I could not ride and when I wasnt busy there was no snow. I am planning on going upstate this yr so i will have over a 1000 miles on my sled this yr.

When ever you want Ill show you around the Hill. Youll have 1000 miles on that sled in 3 days. I rent a house up there and also do day trips and I can go when ever. I usually go Tues-Fri and the trails are as smooth as glass.

Im dead serious thats what I do in the winter ride, hang with my son, and play PS3. My little guy is 2 and we put over 500 miles on the 4 wheeler since June actually just got back fron the Hill Saturday and the winter is not far away up there. I have a feeling this is gonna be the 1 we've been waiting for. My record season up there was 4012 miles in 02-03.(Probablly more but I was on a Firecat and the odometer would just stop working) Last year was average at 2700 miles. Make sure you get a trailer tis year or make some ramps to get it in the back of a truck(thats what I do and they work great!)

Tom will do the Float1 mod to Float2 specs.
I cant find the exact page on the revamped site...
EDIT: http://www.tomssnowmobile.com/servicecenter.htm
(Fox Float 2 upgrade $350.00 per pair)

The higher end shocks also allow the end user to control dampening and rebound via clicker.
The extra chamber adds additional "bottom out" resistance, for those BIG air landings..

For trail riding, prob not worth while..

Sure but thats a hell of a drive from Michigan. Oh yeah and this has nothing to do with fox Floats sorry about that!!
