I didn't take any pictures of it when I did the install.
I didn't like the looks of the rr bushing with the open and closed gaps in plastic bushing so I went a different route.

Your upper eye may be a different diameter than the one I have. Mine has the same diameter of bushing bore as lower end.
The hygear bushing in ordered is the same one as for the bottom end of shock which may be the replacement for the plastic bushing you have if it the same top and bottom.

Ok so digging around it looks like it's the 2013 rr style shock eyelet. They had two hats on the outside that interacts with the bearing inside of it. Between the bearing and the hats is an o.ring on each side.
The hat fits on the inside diameter of the bearing from what I recall and cat uses the same 10mm bolt on the top of the front track shock.
