Front VS Rear mount Turbo Sled showdown at ShootOut Dec 7th

hey turbo mark, we are off of Sonne rd on South Shore rd. Small world.

Jbsr, after seeing who might be coming to this event I think I am going to crank up the boost also. I still have to ride the damn sled yet. Haven't even put the thing on snow yet after I installed the turbo.

Again anybody need any help with where to stay or trail permits and what not let me know, I will get you pointed in the right direction as best as I can.

After you pick up Allen in SD stop in Chicago on your way and I will join ya.

We'll have to throw your sled on the roof!

Sounds great Jim,Just remind the guy's ,ya gotta trail ride it to the races(unofficial of course) Trail ride is about 25 miles up thru the woods. i.e. a pro-line or wahl would not make the ride. Looks like we will get a good turnout. I'm sure Allen has something he can drag out and play with. After all the Grand Prize is an order of Glenmores famous pork wings and a beer. :drink: :drink:

I'll put up a set of BPE plastics (pod, scoop, vent) for the winner of both 660' and 1000'.

For local info check out www.oldforgeny.com Click on accomadations and look at waters edge inn and clarks beach motel. both are very nice.Like i said before for the people like lakercr that are coming from a distance your more than welcome to stay with me.Would def. help offset some of the costs for your trip. Mark

I see the stakes are getting higher, Jim has offered to put up some of his excellent parts (which I own myself) up for the winners.
Thanks to Jim.
Now for you guy's not familiar with the area, there are three places to stay right up on the lake we're we are running, Big Moose Inn, The Glenmore Hotel and the Wayback Inn. We are starting at Slickers down in Old Forge where there are at least a dozen other motels within a mile. I would highly suggest getting your reservations early. There is no shortage of places to eat drink and hangout. Old Forge is known for it's night life.
Anybody run into problems ,get in touch with Aj or myself,Turbo Mark has also offered to help out.
Remember us fat guy's with the little blowers demand respect( and a 10 sled spot) ;)!

Looks like a good turnout so far, Saturday Feb 9, 08, 12 noon
Run what you brung ;)!

Merry Christmas to all
