I can trailer to Old Forge in a few hours, when ever, although I only have a naturally aspirated Apex (for now.. Shhh don't tell the wife!) I need to go to Big Moose anyhow and get another hat... ;)!

End of Jan, early Feb? But I am flexible as long as there isn't mud and slop...

I am working on getting Full Power Performance to join in, have to talk Justin into taking off for a weekend, since he virtually lives in his shop.
Labor of Love, I guess.

Maybe can round up some of his Rear Mount customers, too.

Sounds great Jim,Just remind the guy's ,ya gotta trail ride it to the races(unofficial of course) Trail ride is about 25 miles up thru the woods. i.e. a pro-line or wahl would not make the ride. Looks like we will get a good turnout. I'm sure Allen has something he can drag out and play with. After all the Grand Prize is an order of Glenmores famous pork wings and a beer. :drink: :drink:
 
I would love to see turbo Jaime come down with his apex turbo and his new mpi s/c nytro. This sounds like its gonna be an epic event.
 
Jamie is not to far away, probably just a couple of hours south for him and yes it should be a great day, alot of interest already.

The official Date of the unofficial shoot-out is Feb 9th,2008 Saturday, we will meet at high noon at Slickers for a beverage of your choice,then we will depart at 1pm sharp to Big Moose and let the festivities begin.
REMEMBER to be recognized in the unofficial shoot-out you must trail ride your beast to the lake.
Run what you brung and NO cry-babies
Cheeseburgers and Beers to all ;)!

Hey how did I get dragged into this lol.

I sold my apex last friday I know I know I didn't even get to run it!!!!! I will let the new owner know its presence is requested though.

I don't think my nytro is anything of a killer in drag racing its under 200 hp and just a trail sled. Feb sounds cool though and it would be awesome to see all this boosted stuff and learn some new stuff! I'll keep it in mind NY is only a couple hours from me!

Turbo Jamie,

Bring anything to ride, it's going to be fun just to get together. I don't have anything boosted yet, but I wouldn't miss it...

I have a few buddies who ride Ditch Pickles (Arctic Cats), but they want to come along to check out some real sleds.
 
We'll definately try to make it down, have to get started on my turbo warrior now !
 
Jaime, i didnt mean to drag u into this. I have just learned alot from your posts as well as Teds, lakercrs,aja's and everyone else on here. I think it would be great for everyone to get together and meet. Now if anyone needs a place to stay and store your sled inside please pm me. My house is your house. I am on south shore rd. 5 min from Slickers!!!
 
Heheh I'm just kidding I would love to come. I am having sellers remourse over my apex.
 
If boost is the price of admission, Ive got a little bit. Maybe more for that weekend.
 
jbsr, hope to see you come down ,it should be a good time, I'm running a s/c also, we're gonna run 660 and 1000 feet, have to lose twice for elimination, it is your choice which distance you run. have to trail ride it to the lake. ;)!
