fuel gauge on rx1 speedo!

hey

i'm new with the rx1 and i was wondering when you are on the last block of gas, what happens after the light is on steady. i was told when your really low it will blink. and how long do the last block last? would that last longer that the other blocks like a reserve compartment in the gas tank? let me know because i dont want to run her dry! so will she warning light blink and the last block will be gone when it is time to refuel?

I would say that if your on the last block, You better get some fuel.Look at your mileage, I think you can get around 160 miles on a tank, But I don't know for sure.

ya i know i need to get more gas but what will happen when the red light is just lighted up and is on the last block? does the red light blink when its almost empty and does the block go away? i just want to know because i dont want to run the sled dry on gas. anyone out there know anyhing about this. there must be someone on here that have run out of gs before or came close to it.

on my 03, when the light first comes on there is 12 liters left in tank. it will just stay lit and not blink.

I have run mine pretty close to empty and nothing changed for me. I never did run it right dry until she quit though.

I have run mine dry and it does not blink, it stays the same.

The LIGHT doesn't blink, the last bar on the LCD blinks.

unless all your friends have the same sled you should never run out anyway . I always have about a 1/2 tank when all my friends need gas
