Fuel Mileage

I figure the gas actually contracts in the winter time because the underground tanks are warmer than the air (the ground is above freezing, right?). So as long as you fill from a fuel pump you should have no issues.

Were averging 30 liters per 160 km. that's with a turbo, I have no doubt 130 miles to a tank or more.

Any chances you tried it with stock motor? I have Nytro RTX, and couple days ago, 170kms (approx 106Miles) and took 22L to fill, Easy and hard riding. Looking at new viper and looking to see tank range turbo and stock.

11 to 12 Mpg sled has over 1100 miles on it. Nytro never did that bad in all conditions

I got about 11 on the first tank, and since then its been about 14.

I got 16.1 MPG this week riding at a pretty decent pace. 900 miles on the sled. Power and MPG has been steadily improving.

The answer to your question is (how long is a piece of string?)
Fuel mileage is dependant on what conditions your riding in and how your riding (how hard on the throttle). My Nytro has ranged from a low of 69 KLMs on 27 liters to a high of 209 KLMs 28.3 liters.
This past weekend we rode 179 K on Saturday, my Nytro used 31.4 Liters and my wife's Viper used 28.4 Liters. I come out of a corner and squash the throttle till I'm up to speed, she comes out of the same corner and throttles up to speed. She is still keeping under 8000 RPM for break in.
She also weighs 100 Lbs. less than me.

Rode 115 miles on 6 inches of soft snow on top of a groomed trail and ended up running out of gas. Had the fuel light come on before and had 4 gallons left. This time I had enough for 20 miles then that was it. A learning process that I will never repeat. Lessons learned and a hour stuck on the side of the trail while buddy ran for a Jerry can. Goodtimes on great trails this past week .

I get any place between 11 and 14 mpg with the MPI Turbo at 6lbs of boost... depends on trails, temp and loose conditions... but worth every penny.
