I have a 2015 RTX SE that I'm breaking in. Noticed I only got about 110 miles on a tank of gas. What should I expect to see once the engine break in is complete?

Also, how much fuel or how many miles can I expect once the fuel light comes on?

Stock last year. 10-13 mpg. Changed clutching 16-18 mpg. Turbo this year 6#. 15-16 mpg first ride. I don't let the fuel light come on as I try to fill before then.

What was your clutching you did out of curiosity? and where you get it from because I would like to get better gas mileage on my viper.

On my turbo Viper riding it hard i got 105 miles and i put in 9.6 gallons so i was almost empty.

I haven't hand checked, but I'd guess my MPG is very poor based on the fuel gauge versus trip odometer. This was running hard on and off the gas pinned then coast to help break in. I'm clutched quite low at present.

The Renegade seems to be calculating 18mpg with the gauge cluster That thing promises to be ridiculous with 200 mile trip range when broken in and ridden sanely.

My 2015 DX LTX now has 200 miles on it. The last run I did was 100 miles, and when I filled it up it took 28 liters of fuel which is 7.39 us gallons. This works out to 16 mpg Canadian. This is with the Hindle power up kit with stock muffler and Ulmers clutching. I think it will get better with more mileage.

I no two guys that bought nytros last year mileage was really bad until about 1000 kms then started to get much better

I put on the first 45 miles just doing break in and burned 1/2 tank according to fuel gauge

Last year I took my dealers demo Viper LTX on a 220 mile day trip, it got 20.8 miles to a Canadian gallon. It was well broken in, with 2500 miles on it.

Second ride on the new sled yesterday. Did 145 kms and had 14.5 mpg Canadian.
Today did 178 kms and had 16.6 mpg Canadian. Only have total of 425kms on the sled.
Fuel Light came on just as I was getting to the gas pumps from the ride today and put 30 liters in, so must be around 9-10 liters left in the tank.

Mine gets less than 9 miles per gal american but worth every drop. First long ride got 86 miles on full tank and ran out.
