Turn on the key and no fuel pump.
Fuse beside batery is good an power on both sides of fuse.
Relay furthest from the tunnel clicks on key turn on, but no pump.
Also no error codes,

I'm new here and just getting familiar with Yamaha 4 stroke issues but isn't there a problem with the fuel pump relay sticking?

Did you recently have the sled apart? maybe forgot to plug back in the pump?

Just bought the sled for my wife, but I have had a Apex for years. Question is where is the fuel pump electrical plug located?

If the relay was sticking then why would it click, that is if it is the only relay that clicks when you turn on the key.

I think the pump is in the tank. if i am right it should be on the seat side on the tank.

Ok so I swaped relays with my other apex, relays are fine so it must be the fuel pump itself, where is is located and where is it's electrical connector?

Had mice issues quite a few years ago, cost me about $400 in new parts, namely the seat cover!

From that point on I have been using Moth Balls and Bounce sheets and haven't had a problem.
Glad to hear more didn't move in and cause a lot more damage, consider yourself lucky

Glad it wasn't worse. I also use moth balls on the floor/ ground where I store my stuff and have never had a problem.

All my sleds stay in a heated garage, I just picked up this 08 Apex with 800Kms on it for a steal, $7500.00. Still has waranty. I just figures that when he said it would not start it would be easy, and it realativily was. Sled is mint except for the mouse issue. Otherwise brand new sledd that only had 3 rides on it. I am a very happy guy. Just did oil & filter and lube and gear case. All is mint. Also came with 2 brand new belts. Just putting on A arm protectors, Yamaheater, Windshield bag, Hood bag and setting up the suspention as it is still stock. There are deals out there if you look.

I agree about those deals. I picked up a 2007 Phazer GT with only 183 km on it for $4250. Thing is mint, still had first tank of gas in it. Filled it up with premium and will add a little seafoam just to make sure it isn't gummed up.
