Just put my first 200 miles on with my new old stock 15 viper 141 I bought in march. Before someone says why didn't I wait for the sidewinder, well I only paid $8500 for the Viper and figured I could do what I wanted with the extra $8 grand I saved. I m not knocking the sidewinder, I'll probably buy one next year, just didn't want to take out a 18k loan.. I put the mpi turbo with intercooler upgrade, evo power sports flash with timing reduction and rpm increase, ulmer racing secondary helix with spring and primary weights with spring, mpi race muffler, ulmer 550cc injectors, dynojet pcv-ti, cold air intake custom, stronger waste gate, 15 psi bov, 8 dn belt, evo wrap. Overall incredibly impressed! I spoke to the right people to get the configuration right the first time. I'm set for 8 psi for trail, usually 2-5 psi cruising, and 15 psi when necessary............. I do run 91-93 octane with octane booster. This sled is a monster out of the hole. I haven't held WOT for more than a couple seconds yet and don't plan on it unless I'm running full race gas. Only complaint i have is the mpi race muffler is really loud..... I see I can get an insert just have to make some phone calls to see what boost I can run with it. Anyone use the full race insert yet? See you at the ty ride!

I have a full race and Ulmer welded in a insert for me, its really made a huge difference.. way quieter and still give you the flow.

Thanks for the reply! No noticeable change in throttle response, lag?

I did not notice nothing.. nothing like the restriction of putting the MPI quiet can on.. OMG, it kills the power. Drops 2 lbs of boost. I think for the loss that it may have, its a great compromise.

Right on!! Let me know what your thoughts are.. I love it and it still gives me what I was looking for with out it being way to loud.

Also interested in how you like it. I want to put an exhaust on but I'm afraid of it being to loud.

Hmmmmm, interested as well. I found the drone of the race muffler while cruising to be mind numbing but not willing to sacrifice performance.
