Fuse Box location 2007 Vector RS

Hey Folks,

Just bought a 2007 Vector RS.

Turns over, but no dash lights, and seems no fire.... Trying to eliminate the simple stuff first, but no manual.

I looked online, but it's a little confusing. Do I needs to remove the side panel & breather just to get to the fuses?
