With your stock injectors you are getting enfuff fuel? Or did you jack your base fuel psi way up? At 11psi.

she dies when it gets hot???
Just saw this same problem brought up on the Snowest 4m. After riding for a while and the sled gettin warm, not warm enough to turn the temp light on. The sled dies, doesn't want to build the correct fuel pressure, and won't run until it sits and cools down, then it will do it agian????? Is the RB3 jacked up?? I have enough di-elec grease on that thing to choke a horse, there is no way there is any moisture in there. And no matter if the RB3 box is plugged in or not when I turn the key to build fuel pressure, it won't do it?????
Any ideas
This thing runs sooooo good WHEN it runs, but that hasn't been that often lately...
Seriously considering SELLING it, anybody interested??

You know what...... Look at your volts! I am thinking when the fan kicks on the volts are dropping to much for the RB3/ecm to work right. I bet you have the fuel pump upgrade and the handwarms on high too.

fuel boiling??
I've been talking to guys on both this forum and the Snowest forum, as you have probably noticed.
Now that we have the issue figured out, how can we fix this so it stops happening all together????
In line fuel coolers, fan running, extra fan, shielding, venting, rear optional cooler, drink more beer?????

Nytro not enough venting
I had a supercharger in here and it had lots of vents in it with cold air kit and seems good.
Cut the rubber back around handlebars to let heat out.

Going to cut down in front of the headlight and put a nice little rubber trim around the cut.
